On my 238Wa you can see it from the access port under the helm seat. Dont know if is located in the same location on your 270wa.

I don't have a helm seat access port. Would you happen to have a picture. Thanks for your help

No pictures but on my boat they are located directly above the folding foot rest under both the passenger and captins seat. I can also access that area by removing the pannel inside the cabin that is behind the dash. I Also have access ports in cabin under cushions.

This could be old news but on mine (235wa) i can get pretty close by removing the side panels next to the seats that have a cup holder and a storage area in them. The fresh water pump is forward a bit from there on mine as I recall but I do think it's visible from there. The other thing that comes to mind is to remove a reset storage box and the stove from inside the cabin. That gives two more large access holes which are just opposite the steering controls and main wiring but I think that pump is on the outside wall near my sink so you can probably get to it there.
Another idea is to make sure it has actually gone out. I had a problem with mine a couple years back and was dreading replacing it due to it not being convenient to reach but it ended up just being an issue with the "acc" switch or a fuse.
