I have a 2007 SV2100 and would like to add trim tabs. Any recommendations or other thoughts from this group on brand (Lenco or Bennett), size and/or style that are best suited for the SV2100? I have a power pole on the starboard side and a swim ladder on the port, so space might be an issue. Any help would be appreciated.

Some like the electric tabs, others like hydraulic tabs... I prefer electric and went with Lenco 12 x 12 on mine. They're one of the best additions I've put on the boat and don't know how I ever did without them. Bennett hydraulic tabs are great and carry a 5 year warranty where the Lencos have a 3 year warranty but hydraulic tabs are harder to install and require a little more space and hydraulic fluid... Electric tabs are an easy install and are cheaper than hydraulic tabs. Mine have been trouble free for more than 3 years now. Bennett actually sells electric tabs now too so it might pay to shop around. Depending on where it's mounted, the power pole shouldn't be in the way but you might have to do like I did and cut a small chunk out of the swim platform to allow for putting the actuator in exactly the right spot.

You'll find you'll grow to love the trim tabs. Bought my 2007 SV2100 with Bennetts. Great when running in a chop and to balance the load when a couple of guys on the boat or reduce spray in the boat when running and side to swell/chop/wind. .
No experience but agree the Lenco's may be an easier install as an aftermarket install. Lenco's electrics, so I've been told, are quicker to respond to controls.

Juan that is news to me that Bennett is now making an electric model. I did know that they made a conversion kit. Here's some at a good price: Trim tabs

Thanks for the info. I also wasn't aware that Bennett is making electric tabs.

I've heard nothing but the best about Bennett's. I've got boat levelers and wouldn't touch them with a 10' flounder gig if they weren't already on the boat.
