I'm looking into buying an 05 238wa.with a 225 verado. Any body have any feedback about the boat? Is there anything I should be looking for in particular?
Thanks Sean

Sea Pros are extremely solid boats.. but you might want to check the wiring since that seems to be the weak link..flip the switches on the console to be sure everything works as it should. Welcome to the funny farm / forum beerchug

Welcome, good luck with your purchasing decision. Nothing in particular to Sea Pros to look out for except maybe the wiring.

Welcome aboard. As already stated wiring. Also look into all the access ports into the hull look for standing water. Some Sea-Pros have problems with the drain holes becoming clogged or never being open properly from new.
I have an 06 238WA that we bought in 2010 and there are no major problems to report.

Pearl, I think. So far I've only seen pics on line. If your curiosity is up, search "2005 SeaPro 238wa for sale Squamish" that's the link to the Kijiji add. I think I'm going to enjoy this boat a lot more than my 03 Campion 622wa. Ill post some pics Sunday 4 sure. If I'm not out spring fishing.

Well, It didn't work out..I was told it was mint,it was less than by far.It had been left moored in a marina with leg in the water for 3 years. It was pitted almost right through. Plus there wasn't a lick of oil in her. so who knows what damage that did...back to square 1, unless of course he drops his price drastically. Back to the drawing board

Man I'm sorry ask him if he would sell it without the motor. I do have to say I do love my verados. But I would if It came with Suzuki strictly because of the weight. The verados are heavy
