All I am looking to buy a 2000 Sea Pro 210CC, I will be doing a sea trial next week, to see if we want to purchase the boat. This will be our first boat to just enjoy inshore fishing and tubing with our grandson inside the waterways of Chesapeake bay in Va. Beach, nothing fancy just safe and reliable, the Sea Pro comes with a 2022 4 stroke 150hp Mercury Pro XS. Would love thoughts and opinions on the year and model and things I should look for during this sea trial, before a purchase is made. Asking $22,000 with brand new trailer. Greatly Appreciated CC

They are solid hulls. I've enjoyed mine for years and do everything from 30 miles in the gulf to 16" in the flats. Electrical is always suspect. Make sure it all works. Looks like it has an almost new engine and new trailer, so that price isn't bad. Ask why they are selling. You might want to see if the warranty is transferrable. Walk the deck and make sure there is no delamination between the floor and the stringers (it should not flex much at all). Take your time and look at everything. Open the cowling, check the dipstick, oil should be clear and amber colored. Keep your eye on the temp and make sure the engine has a good pee stream. Check the bilge and look for incoming water or pull the plug when it goes back on a trailer. Look for any unrepaired fiberglass on the hull. Good luck!
