When I put gas in the tank, it comes out of the the bilge. The boat tech couldn’t find any leaks in the lines (that he could get to). He said the tank and lines would need to be tested under pressure. I can’t get the boat to be checked for a couple of weeks. Anyone have any additional ideas/experiences? Thank you

I'd check the fill hose and clamps first. There should be an access hatch near there. Hopefully the fill hose came off of the tank. If they are good, you're likely in for a tank replacement I'm afraid. I'm assuming you are seeing this at the gas station while you are filling? Oh and make sure you aren't sticking the fuel nozzle in the rod holder..

How much gas are you talking about? Does it show up in the bilge only when filling the tank full? Is there any fuel on top of the fuel tank? You can check the hose connections at the tank through the access plate located between the console and stern live well but my best guess would be a bad fuel gauge seal on top of the tank.

Thank you for the responses. The gas does not seem to be coming from the top of the tank, the input fuel hose,(or rod holder). I don’t think I can see where the input fuel hose actually attaches to the gas tank, only where it exits out of the top of the tank. Trying to exhaust all possibilities other than a hole in the gas tank. Again, thank you for your interest/help. PS No fuel leaked in to the water👍

If you had a metal tank, I'd be worried, but your tank should be a poly tank, so I doubt the tank is leaking. Check the connections at the tank and look at the fuel gaugae sender while you're filling the tank or when in choppy water and the fuel is sloshing around.

I cannot see where the gas input hose attaches to the tank. I was thinking the leak may be there. Is there access to that? 2005C pro SV 2100 Thank you
