man that thing would make cold weather fishing much more bearable, looks good, does it flap a whole lot while topped out,
I like the design of your tops but wish they had a little more headroom, I really dont want to put any holes in my deck, but I only have 1 grabrail on my console so I can see where adding anymore weight or pressure would be a problem

We love them, and will probably leave the Sprayshield up year around and simply zip open the smiley when we want some air. As for clearance, the T-Topless will sit about 21" above the top of your windshield grab rail - which gives it 6'2" to 6'8" on most boats. For example: SV1900 & SV2100: GrabRail=54" = 75" = 6'3"" on edge (+4" inside as the top is raised inside) 180cc: GrabRail=57" = 78" = 6'6" 190cc: GrabRail=62-1/2" = 83-1/2" = 6'11-1/2" (can be mounted lower) 220cc: GrabRail=60" = 81" = 6'9" (can be mounted lower). We mount our rod holders on the side, so you have better clearance in the rear, and you can use these rod holders to troll "way back lines". If you only have 1 grab rail around your windshield (like the Sea Pro SV1900 and SV2100 boats), you can mount the rear legs with a pair of deck hings: or add a nice pair of small (SeaChoice) grab rails to the console to mount to:

Does anyone have any advice on installing the sea spray shield, and gull wings? The canvas company we are dealing with has no idea how to do the job.

On mine there are rails on the t top for the spray shield to slide into and snaps on the t top frame. I unfortunately don't have the spray shields for it though. I'll snap some pics tonight and post up here for you to look at.
