Any idea what type of mpg's I can expect from 04 twin 150 yamaha ox66's on a 255cc? I've looked at the yamaha performance bulletins but they obviously dont have sea pro anymore. Is there a secret vault of older numbers?
Thanks

Thanks guys. Good find on the hull truth. I don't expect 3.1 mpg but it gives hope of better than 1mpg!

Be careful with comparisons ... tarnold's setup IS a SeaPro 255CC, but it had twin F150's = FOUR strokes (not OX66 2-strokes). I do believe you will get 2.5-3mpg if you run them in the 3,800RPM range though ... but not in rough seas.

No I have not received any help with it yet. I found one guy that had the same boat for sale, and he said he got 1.5 mpg at 30 knots. NOW I'm not sure about that??

SeaPro66, give me a call when you are heading out. I am also from Savannah. This coming weekend if the sea permit, I am heading out looking for some Cobia or maybe a w ahoo. Again the seas have to be right.
