Best Spark Plugs for my 2007 200 hp Optimax

What are the very best plugs for my 2007 Merc 200 hp Optimax?
It is in storage now and I want to get some so I can replace them when I get it out.

Also, is it a difficult job to replace the water pump impeller in that motor? It is a new to me motor and I have not done any work on it.

In my opinion the best plugs are the stock OEM plugs sold by Mercury Marine. Replacing a impeller if not to difficult. The last one I replaced on my Mercruiser stern drive took me about an hour. Gotta change mine on the Verado soon myself.
