I just stripped my oil drain plug on my verado. Anyone know how to handle this ?

That's going to be interesting. Helicoil perhaps? I am interested to know but I am not going to ask how in heck you managed that. Post up the question on Verado owners group forum. There are some Verado experts in that forum. Gook luck and keep us updated.

Had a Helicoil installed . Problem solved I was sweating that one! The Dealer was telling me 1,500 for a new block.

Not sure how . I think that when I had the impeller changed last year at the dealer they may have crossed threaded it and got lucky it didn't leak . Maybey they didn't even know they did it. . I don't think I did it. I ran it today and now have a very small amount of oil coming out the plug . The plug is very tight with a new gasket. Im now hoping the gasket will swell up and stop the drip. Its a very very very slow leak .
