I've seen some specs but they are hard to find. Would appreciate some guidance on what is actually needed to tow my 1999 SeaPro 235wa on a tandem galv. trailer.
Looking for a new SUV and should take this into account as we look around.
We don't trailer it much - maybe 2 times per year when we pull it out for gas or cleaning or service. Therefore towing capacity is something we will look at but it won't drive the decision. It would be different if I kept it trailered and drove long distances regularly.
Thanks for the your help.

Our 238WA with F250 Yamaha and full tank of fuel on a tandem loadrite trailor weighs in at 7000 lbs. Your 235 should weigh about the same. This will give you an idea of tow cap needed.
