Does anyone have a picture of their sv2100 with a t-top that they can post? Thinking of having one installed on mine and would like to know if you lose much room. Boat is a 2008 model.

hlb, I have looked at a SV2100CC with a factory t-top. The factory design doesn't limit your room much on the front deck but kills your back deck. The factory design stops right at the front of the console's windshield (around the front livewell lid's stern edge). If it went any further forward, I believe that it would interfere with front deck casting. To get any shade that amounts to much, this puts the stern end of the top right at the back deck. I fish people on the back deck regularly from my boat so I never had a top put on my SV2100CC. This was a major part of my decision to go with the 24 ft boat this go around. I LOVE my T-top and the SV2400CC's 2 extra feet lets you keep the back deck fishable. If you primarily fish off the front deck, a t-top might be doable for you on the 21 ft. bay. Or you might want to look into having a smaller top made for you. Not much shade from it but it would better than none!

hlb, Yes, I have pictures of my new custom T-top. I also made a couple other modifications, including a ladder on the front of the trailer that makes it easy to climb into the boat. I will try to find these photos and post them.

Jimmy, Thanks for posting the two pictures showing my T-top and the ladder. The ladder works great for anyone with hip, leg, or back problems. The shop said it attracted a lot of attention, and it always draws comments at boat ramps. I will take a few pictures of the T-top from side and rear views so folks can get a good look. Now if that new camera battery charger will just arrive......

Baklash, thanks alot. Boat looks great. Do you lose much casting room from the back decks? I think it will be well worth the cost of the t-top.

hlb, I don't really cast from the back deck. It certainly wouldn't affect casting out to the sides, but I can't say about casting directly out the back. I know it doesn't affect fighting a fish directly off the back. I think that I could cast straight out the back, but I sure would pay attention to the top so I wouldn't hook the canvas. However, all our casting is done from the front deck. Maybe you can judge this a little better when I finally get around to taking some side pictures and get Jimmy to post them.

I live in Gainesville, GA but took my boat all the way to Savannah to get the T-top and ladder. Also had a 9 inch step installed because the 18 inch step up from the floor to the front deck was too much for a bad hip. Everything came from from Boykin Marine. Call Eddie Boykin cell 912.507.5568 or the shop 912.232.1399. These guys are very good and will work with you on your ideas. They managed to incorporate everything I wanted. I have never seen better welds. I've got to get more pictures and get them posted.
