Hi Folks,
I have a 2001 190CC with a 115 2 Stroke - Its not signaling the remote tank pump to replenish the onboard injector tank to keep it within operating range. The over ride switch works to cycle the pump on & refill the resevior, & I have actually replaced the Float Switch sending unit . also The Alarm circuit is working when the tank is low. What's Next, what else could be wrong ? Has anyone else had to have this repair done ? what was the final fix ?
Thanks for your Time

What was the verdict? Bad pump or fuse?

It turned out to be an intermittent Sensor in the remote tank itself. Darn thing would fake out the fluke meter & act like it was ok but it wasn't. I left a meter with continuity tone on it & it would cut out more than it would connect.
replaced it a month ago & it's been fine ever since.
