Changed out my fuel injection and "mystery" fuel pump filters today. Not a difficult job but a little time consuming 1. removed the plate and ECM out of the way, removed fuel rails and bottom rail on high preassure pump then front plate of pump. 2. remove filter from pump with #10 wood screw 3. do the same with 2nd pump filter which is under the pump fuel rail (see Very bad red arrow) 4. Removed injector filters in the same way lube o rings and reasemble, job done Sorry for picture quality but I hope this might help someone in the future although it's fairly well documented on other forums. beerchug beer o'clock.

No I won't use the stuff since my carb woes with my old johnson 115, Only ethanol free for me. I'm sure the previous owner did as he didn't seem to care what oil to run either whack

Wow, that looks like it was quite a job. Good work! it wasn't too bad really, I'd hate to see a bill from a dealer for that job though. cost me $8 for the filters . Good thing was I found a frayed wire on one of the coils, probably never would have seen it otherwise.
