Decided to paint the trailer wheels over the winter. I had no idea how much of a pain it is to paint galvanised wheels. After plenty of sandpaper, vinegar, and primer, I think they came out good. They should wear a little better as well...

I found that installing hub caps is easier.

They look good! I was started working on mine, got frustrated, put my head down and in my line of sight was the truck with the simulators on it. Gave me an idea. Went inside and found what i was looking for! I have theses sitting in the shop www.summitracing.com/parts/pho-gqst50/overview/ once I get the boat off the trailer and service the axels they are going on.

Those are nice, but they wouldn't last long down here before some thief decides that he wants them, and poof...there gone....Nothing I dislike more than thieves and liars....
