Thanks! It just received new vinyl (white with blue cobra style racing stripes), a new Blue t top canvas and some extensive fuel pump/injector work. It had been sitting for 3 years. Only has 157 hours! Now for some rewiring and buffing, and changing that green stripe to blue so it matches everything else. Also considering painting the t top structure to match the hull.

I think you'd be better of powder coating the T Top, but if you go with paint I'm very interested to see how that turns out.

Powder coating requires removing it.... Painting it requires a zinc chromate primer that I can do not the boat. It's just a thought for a winter time project

There she is. New T top and vinyl. Second shakedown cruise. A few electrical gremlins but otherwise very solid!

After a recent road trip, my 2005 255cc is taking on water from the rear stbd thru hull. Question is do I need to pull the batteries out for access? From the center bilge, all I see are the oil tanks.
Thanks all! I can't wait to finish this project!
Anyone with twin 200 4 strokes? I have carburetorated Johnson 150's now.
