how to plug drains that have the two keyways in them.

 I have a 1800 cc that gets too much water in the bilge. The wash down valve is shut off. I need to plug up the drains,but can't find a plug to fit them. Anyone have any suggestions?

It is a 2002

Are you talking about the deck drains?, I would have thought they are supposed to drain overboard and not in the bilge.
