I took the Stiletto prop off of my Yamaha F150 before repowering. It won't fit a Suzuki so I don't need it but it will fit:
Mercury - Mariner 135 hp 1987 and newer. 150 hp 1978 and newer. Honda BF135 to BF225 hp 2003 and newer. Evinrude - Johnson 90 to 300 hp V-6 2 stroke 1978 and newer. Yamaha 150 to 300 hp 2 and 4 stroke 1979 and newer.
It's a Stiletto Advantage II part # 30315 Y1415 (14 1/4 x 15p) It lists new for around $400 and I just paid another $175 to have additional cup added so it should perform as a 14 1/4 x 16P prop. It was polished and balanced when the cup was added and hasn't been in the water since it was done. It's in excellent condition. I'll add photos upon request. Asking $200 plus freight.
Also have a new in the box OEM Yamaha water pump repair kit and a shaft bushing and collar (that don't come with the kit) Kit is for a Yamaha F150 and may fit others.. Part number: Yamaha: 61A-W0078-A3. I have $90 invested but no longer need it. Asking $50 plus freight.

What kind of specs we're you getting with it? On a SV2100?

What kind of specs we're you getting with it? On a SV2100? I had a little cup added to it that according to the prop shop should have dropped the rpms by 50 to 100, gave a little better whole shot and add a couple of mph on the top end.. I can't say if all that happened because I didn't get a chance to try it out before the problem with the engine. It was almost perfect before the added cup but I could turn a little over factory recommended max rpms at WOT. Before the cup was added and by the gps, it would do 41 mph at 6,000 rpms , had a great hole shot and would cruise at 35 mph at about 4,800 rpms. With the prop work, it should go a little faster with a few less rpms at WOT especially on a boat without the added weight of a T-top.

Interesting, I'm currently running a ss 19p and getting 42 (gps) and only pushing 4700 rpms trimmed out. I'm crossing at around 32 and 4200(ish) rpms. Was hoping to go a 17p and pick up 5 or 6 mph and 7-800 more rpms.

Assuming you're running the same year hull and size and model outboard, those numbers could be expected with a 19" prop but the motor is working too hard and strained at 4700 rpms at WOT. Motors run at their top efficiency if their rpms are within the factory recommended range. My boat wasn't propped correctly when I bought it either. If I remember correctly, it had a 19" pitch prop also and running close to 45 mph before I added the T-top but only turning 4700 -4800 rpms.. It took dropping to a 15" prop to get the rpms within factory recommend rpms. I lost a couple of mph at WOT but the fuel efficiency went way up and the motor wasn't in a constant strain. I could actually turn a little more than 6,000 at WOT with the 15". That's why I had a little cup added. The prop should have been perfectly tuned for my boat and motor. Too bad I didn't get a chance to use it. With your 19" prop turning 4700 rpms, you need at least another 1,000 rpms to get close to the efficiency range. Rule of thumb is you'll gain aprox. 200 rpms for every inch of pitch you drop but I'd try a 15" pitch before going lower than that. and you'll probably add a few mph at WOT since your prop will be turning more rpms.

I'm running an older 2 stroke 150, I'm thinking I should target just under 6k maybe 5800?

Yamaha? Factory recommend rpms vary by make and model.

Cool. You might want to add "Sold" to the title or at least the first post so no one has to read all this way to find out..
