I own a 2000 21' CC Sea Pro. I need to overhaul the trailer. It needs new fenders, rollers, and bunk boards. However, i cant determine who made the trailer. The tag on the tongue is unreadable so i took measurements of fenders and rollers. The rollers are 9" and the fenders are 63.5"L X 8" W. Does anyone know where i can find replacements or the manufacturer? I have attached pics any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Sea Pro owner in Distress Attachments:

Somebody around you sells boat trailer parts I am sure. These parts are pretty generic and universal. Find out who in your area sells this stuff and give them a call. Tell them what you are replacing and they will tell you what info you need to get the right stuff. I don't know where you are but if you are close to Mobile, Stauter Boats off of Three Notch road is the trailer parts experts.

Thanks, for the input Simple Man. I just took the worn out fender to Tailer wheel and frame here in Houston so they can get me a matching set. Not sure what to do about the rollers. Its weird the only rollers i can find are the 8'' and 10'' ones. the space between the bracket that holds the roller is 9.65'' wide. So the 10'' doesnt fit, and the 8'' wobbles back and forth. Know anybody that does custom or has that size?
Thanks, MBaker 2000 SV2100 CC

How about buying the 10" roller and putting them on a bandsaw to get them to a smaller size

I rebuilt my trailer this year and was lucky to know the manufacturer.
I replaced everything from the U Bolt that held the rollers to the trailer and up. For a 23' boat (4 roller assemblies) the cost was $700 and a large portion of that was express next day shipping charges.
Perhaps you should look at replacing the entire roller assembiles, rather than individual rollers. If you do that, I can't imagine why the size of the roller would make a difference.
If you have a trailer supply place near you, I'm thinking you can do a complete rebuild for a reasonable amount.
