I'm just guessing since mine doesn't have those but the back rest that's over the front live well on my boat is attached with rails. The cushion slides into the rail. There's no exposed screws or snaps and it looks like it is glued to the console. Have you looked under the bottom of those to see if there's a rail there? If so, they slide off.

There is a thread on here somewhere about this. I think Juan is correct that they slide off.

I tried all the searches with seatback, seatrest, backrest transom cushion, etc, and no luck. Do you remember the title of the post?

Did you ever get them off? I’m needing to get mine off to get them reupholstered and they look like this but don’t seem to budge if I try to pull them up. Don’t want to force them until I know for sure there’s no screw or anything I am missing.

On my 2003 180cc, there is a screw holding it on. If you lift the bottom lip of the cushion from the front you should be able to find it.

Got top disconnected but I think there is a screw tried accessing it from speaker and I don't anything on the bottom I need help team

On the bottom of mine there were 2 screws that you had to get to by going through the cushion. They were a pain to get out and a pain to get back in.
