Going to bunks after noticing a couple dimples when boat is on rollers. Also it never sits level and has plenty of keel rash from missing the rollers and hitting a support or whatever metal is near by. Thinking of 3" x 6" x 10' main bunks and 2" x 4" x 4' centering bunks I've been looking at other boats and the set ups are all different. I see some with the bunks resting on the strakes and some with the bunks next to the strakes. I am thinking of putting them on the outside of the lower strakes since the hull is flatter there and the strake would guide the hull straight on the trailer. Anyone have pics of a similar hull with a bunk trailer? Pic of stern attached for reference

My hull is different as I don't have the inner strake, my bunks sit in between your outer strake and the outer roller for comparison. I think putting your bunks right where the outer roller is would give you the result you're looking for.

I think so also. I will also be able to lower boat on trailer about 3".
