Hey all,
Wondering if anyone has covered the deck of their 239 with SEA DEK or Marine Mat? Its basically sexy EVA foam cut to fit the nonskid areas making a soft surface to stand on. Interested to see the cost of something like this

Check out this thread I posted a few months back. This was a DIY job my wife and I did with some sheets of material I bought off of Amazon. Total cost was about $400 and 6 fights. I love it. It is a tremendous improvement. That being said, if I had a brand new boat I'd get it professionally done. It'll cost a lot more, but with what you just shelled out for that rig, I think you can handle it. Look up Safe Floor. They operate around here and I think there are franchises all over. They apply some type of anti-skid foam slurry-gel. It is infinitely manipulable to factory non-skid shapes and it dries to a permanent bond. Make your appointment and they keep your boat for a couple days. Many of the guides around here are doing it. seaproforum.proboards.com/thread/5804/added-non-sip-floor-matting

I'll likely have it installed professionally once I pick up the boat. After that it's getting ceramic coated mostly because I'm a lazy POS

UPDATE! Spoke with the dealership and they reached out to Sea Pro. I am going to have the dealer install OEM Sea Pro matting over the entire deck. Fingers crossed it turns out okay!
