Amazon has a sale today on Bubba Blades. There are several options. I just picked up the 7" version for $36. They are supposed to be good, so I guess I'll find out. Been using a regular old Rapala from Walmart. It does OK.

I think you'll like it. I paid $60 bucks for my Bubba Blade and I have to say it's worth it. Great knives for cleaning fish. I'm moving this to "links and deals"

I noticed they have a new electric. I'd like to hear if anyone's tried it.

I have the Bubba Blade cordless filet knife. Came with 4 blades, different lengths and flex. Great outfit, worth every penny. Also gets the cleaning done at the lake instead of the garage.

Bubba blades revolutionized fish cleaning for me. I haven't used an electric knife since I bought my first Bubba blade.

A good knife is a good knife, but when quantity comes into play, it's hard to argue against electric.

I waste too much meat when I use my electric knife for cleaning fish so the only time it comes out of the drawer is for the turkey on Thanksgiving.

Simple Man, does this mean you haven't used your electric filet knife since you got your electric Bubba or since you got your manual Bubba? I haven't used my old electric piranha knives since I started using the manual Bubba's. I don't own an electric Bubba. I'm not opposed to them I've just gotten real good at cleaning fish with the regular Bubba's I don't see a need. If I cleaned sheepshead or big redfish more often then maybe.
