Hello all, I just stumbled across this site today. I purchased my 1998 Sea Pro in 2001 with only 50 hours. Since then I have added a fishing arch and an engine mounted trolling motor. And, just last week I sold my old roller trailer and bought a new aluminum bunk trailer for it. I'm looking forward to sharing information with other Sea Pro owners.

Here's another picture: When I put the fishing arch on I also made up this pipe to hold my bait table and two rod holders. It's very functional and mounts in the existing rod holder in the engine well.

Most of the time I use the boat at my summer home on the Chesapeake Bay. I also tow it to Canada for 1 week every summer for some fresh water fishing. The boat has also been towed to FL 5 times now for winter vacations.

rbeitz, Nice looking rig. I like the modifications/upgrades that you have done to her. That rod holder / cutting board holder is a especially nice touch.

I originally built the table holder and extra rod holders using pvc pipe. It worked OK for a few years but after adding the arch it just didn't look right! So, I got a peice of pipe and had it bent and then bought the clamp on rod holders on eBay. It's very sturdy and it matches the arch perfectly.

NICE! I really wanted a walk around when I was shopping but they won't fit under the Hyco Lake bridge so I settled for a DC.

I always try to notice the other Sea Pro's out there. I normally fish from love point to the bay bridge and every now an then I'll head into eastern bay out to poplar island and back. The fish arch is from Atlantic Towers in NJ. I really wanted a hardtop but my wife wouldn't let me spend that kind of money. The arch was our compromise ;D

NICE! I really wanted a walk around when I was shopping but they won't fit under the Hyco Lake bridge so I settled for a DC. The nice thing about the arch over a hard top is that I can just pull two pins and it folds down onto the deck. Makes getting under low bridges possible and gives me less resistance when running down the highway.
