Looks like an injector issue to me and it's not getting enough fuel. Have you ever had the injectors cleaned?

I agree with a fuel issue, check you're firing on all cylinders also. What model Yam 115 exactly?

We thought it was fuel but I just wanted to see if other people had the same problem but we started doing a full fuel line cleaning and injected cleaning. We might be changing the spark plugs here soon.

No. We bought it used with only about 356 hrs on it and when we went out a few times it rode good. When I took it out again the idling computer went bad so we replaced it and it worked like normal but then we changed the oil and stripped the thrids so we bought a longer bolt to put in it but ever single bit of oil dripped out of it bc it was sitting with no drain plug in it. When we finally replaced the bolt and started it up it ran normally. Then we put it in the water and this happened again!!!!!

It still sounds to me like the injectors are clogged and aren't spraying correctly. I'd bet if you have the injectors checked and cleaned and replace the plugs you'll solve the problem. After 300 something hours you probably should do it anyway.
