I'm getting ready to do some gel coat repair, chips, dings and spider cracks. Does anyone have a source for a color match gel coat for vintage Sea Pros? My boat is a '05 SV1900.
Thanks.

I've touched up a few nicks on my 04 using over the counter epoxy and then painting the spot with spray paint. I've gotten a real close color match by mixing white and off white paint in the can's cap and applying with a small paint brush but for small repairs, there's a Gelcoat Repair kit that might be a better option: www.wholesalemarine.com/gelcoat-repair-kit.html

Just an update. Found a supplier of gel coat, Spectrum color patch paste, they have Sea Pro Ash White. Not sure if that is a match for my boat but will check it out. Ref Juan's comment on paint, Krylon "Dover White" was an exact match for the gel coat on my old 170CC, I just found a can in the work shop so I'll check it put on my SV1900. More to come.

A further update: the Dover White is to "yellow" to match the newer '05 white. Simple gloss white is a much closer match. Hope everyone has a great Christmas and New Year.
