I think you've got it covered, I would add greasing any zerk fittings and checking trim fluid. I don't consider the water pump change a PM item.

I did all you listed at my 100 hour service except instead of cleaning anodes, I installed all new ones. (They're cheap) I don't believe in changing just impellers and I think the old rule of changing water pump impellers annually or at a certain number of hours is no longer a requirement (with a very few exceptions).... I plan to change the entire water pump assembly at 200 hours but ONLY if the water pressure has decreased any. I've gone 5 to 7 years on some outboards without changing the water pumps and then changed them just to be on the safe side.

Depending how frequent you use your boat.. If it sits for any length of time as my does up here in the freezing/ snow areas up north. I change my every other year.. I also do some extra insurance by changing my lower unit lube every 50 hrs couple qts. Of gear oil is cheap to make sure you don’t have fishing line or a possible leaking seal.. Lower unit cost way more!!! JMHO

This is true and a more frequent change might be advisable if you run in silt or muddy water frequently since sand and silt can etch an impeller and cause pressure loss. Again, I'd suggest changing the entire water pump assembly instead of just the impeller because the housing can also be etched which would prevent a perfect impeller seal and cause premature wear. I'd install and monitor a water pressure gauge. Easy installation and you'll know if your water pump is performing as it should and when you need a new water pump if the water pressure starts to drop.

Perhaps add: Clean battery posts, charger connections, etc. and put anti-oxidation goop on all.
