I have a 2001 Sea Pro SV2100cc. My current trailer, a 2000 Venture Trailer, is set up with rollers. My roller brackets are not looking too hot and need to be replaced. After careful calculations and also taking into account personal preferences, I am seriously considering going to bunks. I am thinking about putting 4 bunks onto my trailer.
Would these brackets be strong enough for what I am intending to do? Any thoughts, tips, or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

That is comforting to hear. I am thinking that they may work
Trying to figure out the math is brain numbing in some ways. I am probably overthinking the project a lot.
The plan is to take the boat off of the trailer and cut the old roller brackets off (the bolts are so rusted it will probably be faster to attack with an angle grinder). After that I will put the bunks onto the trailer.
Odd thing is that my front and rear cross bars are 8'5" apart. The middle cross bar is lower than the font and rear so that means that I probably won't be able to put a bracket there. I will have 4 bunks with a bracket about a foot away from the end of each bracket. That is a bit of flex in the middle but I am using 4 bunks that will be 2x6 boards, carpeted.
The inside bunks will be 11'2" and they will be spaced so they are each about 2" from center. The outside bunks will be 10'6" and they will be close to where the hull flattens out a bit on the sides.
While I am at it I am replacing the winch strap with a new heavy duty one because the old one is showing some age.
Does this sound like it will work?

Sounds like the right way to replace the winch strap. Can't say about the bunks. You can see my front bunks flex with the hull too.

I would'nt rely on those bunk brackets alone especially with the span you're suggesting, you will need the big vertical bunks like you see on Juan's trailer, these carry the weight. The other thiner bunks are usually used as guide bunks to center the boat while loading and shouldn't carry much if any weight.

Yeah, I didn’t like the middle not having middle support so I plan on adding a set of brackets in the middle. That will help with flex in the middle and keep things more rigid.
Based on the position of the middle support I may add a second piece of 2x6x6” where the middle bracket sits to make the brackets reach the correct height. Will that be a problem?

Well, I found a pretty good deal on some roller parts. It would be a simple switch out with what I have on my trailer and it would fix the issues I am concerned about.
Now this has me considering scrapping the bunk idea and staying with rollers. There are upsides to both I guess and I have to figure out what works best. Plug and play seems really nice though.

Seldom have wiser words been spoken. This is a simple put the boat in the water, unbolt two bolts, and put the new bracket assemblies on. I will shoot plenty of liquid wrench on the bolts the day before I launch it so they shouldn't fight me too much. Probably clean off the exposed threads too.

Well, that got out of hand quick!
$278.82 for new front brackets, rollers, etc. (Front brackets bent and/or damaged) $154.17 to replace all of the old rear rollers (brackets etc. are in good shape)
$432.99 to repair the trailer. The old rollers are all original anyway so I will clean up the rear and make sure that they are rolling well. The front will be all new everything.
Apparently I have been using the trailer wrong. I am use to bunks so I have been backing the trailer in deeper than I should be because I was floating the boat off of the trailers. With a roller trailer you don't back it in as deep, from what I have seen.
Any thoughts or suggestions on this? How bad is it to replace the old rollers? How much time?
