Sorry about the late report,,,but I thought you guys would like to see this. I don't like taking my expensive camera on a charter but sometimes I do. I think that pictures tell the story when any angler or charter captain makes a report on the net,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, I kept the guys busy with the red drum for a while as you can see here! The live mullet worked better than the cut mullet,,,but then again the live menhaden worked good too. Both were used with good results. A couple of fish were caught on cut mullet. We boated eight Red Drum anywhere from 27"-30" and got cut off by three others.,,,the guys had a blast! Tackle was Pflueger Medalist and Peen reels loaded with Stren 20lb Super Braid, on the new Penn Torque rods. The fall spawn on the giant red drum has started already! ,,,,,I hope you guys can get out and fish for some of the best red drum fishing on the east coast here in Charleston! You just can't beat a smile on the fishermans face with a good catch. Man, Those are nice'uns. I will have to look you up one time when I come that way. ED
