I've replaced hinges, drain plugs, latches, everything but the crappy igloo 94qt cooler that came with my boat. Has anyone replaced it with a more modern rotomolded version that fits? The closest I can find is the Rtic 110, but it's not a drop in. Any suggestions?

I bought a new replica 94-quart Igloo a couple of years ago at Academy for $79. I put the stainless hinges on it immediately. When the latches wear out I will replace them with zinc door latch hooks. The cushion is attached with 2 strips of turbo-nuclear industrial Velcro between the cooler lid and cushion bottom. Works for me.

I you have the original Igloo tie-down setup in front of the console like me, I doubt we'll find anything with the same dimensions. I guess the corner blocks (or whatever they're called- partial pic below) could be moved to fit any cooler you choose.

Yeah, With the millions of 94qt igloos that came factory on boats over the last 30 years, I thought maybe someone would make a new technology drop in. I've yet to find it tho.

I removed my original cooler and tie downs and put in a Yeti. My 99' SV1900 had two 2" eyelets mounted on the back of the console that fit a bungee cord perfectly around the cooler to hold it in place while en route. Very functional and doesn't look bad. Only problem was getting the RTV up off the deck where the original tie downs were mounted. Also haven't put any snaps on the top of the new Yeti for the cushion, but nobody uses it as a seat anyways.
