I have a 2021 248 and I’m wondering if someone has routed a transducer to the transom. Looking particularly at how you entered the boat…I plan to use a transom saver for mounting and clamps to run wire just not sure of best and cleanest way to route into the boat…all help greatly appreciated

I just mounted a Lowrance Active Imaging 3 in 1 transducer to my 2021 239 Sport. Although scary for some, the cleanest installation will be by drilling a 1" hole through the transom, well above the waterline and running the wire through the wiring tube in the hull up to the console. After wire is run, fill the 1" hole with quality sealant and then install a stainless steel clamshell wire cover.
