I have a 2020 SeaPro 248 Bay. I ordered my SeaPro with a 36v trolling motor, equipped with an "Onboard Battery Charger". Last July I had an extra battery installed, for the electronics. Complete with an onboard charger. After ten months, the new Charger does not work? And the trolling motor battery charger also is not working? The shop where I bought my boat agreed to replace the trolling motor battery Charger, under warranty. However they tried to tell me that my eleven month old accessory battery charger was no longer under warranty? After a discussion, they agreed to replace the accessory battery charger under warranty. MY QUESTION: Should the labor be warrantied as well?

This is a screwed up situation for everyone involved. The sea pro warranty says "This warranty does not apply to upholstery, electronics, engines, osmotic blistering, stress cracks, or parts which have been altered or subjected to misuse or negligence." Well what is covered under your 5 year warranty then Sea Pro? Kinda bs in my opinion. (not sure what industry standard is here maybe all boat warranties are this way but either way its bs for the industry if that is the case). So now the dealer is forced to eat the cost of a screwed up warranty or screw up their dealer reputation. Now I am assuming they are agreeing to replace the accessory parts because the original accessory manufacturer (minn kota, noco, etc...) is covering the parts under their own 1 to 3 year warranty programs. However again these manufacturers don't cover labor cost.
All that being said I would still be pushing for the dealer to cover the labor especially on the accessories bought and installed by the dealer in July considering its been less than a year. My next question is did the 2 battery chargers quit working at the same time? Is it even the battery chargers that is the problem or is it installer workmanship issues (such as a battery switch or terminals or some other wiring issue). If it is installer workmanship it should be covered without question in both cases. (nobody probably knows this until they troubleshoot)
Hopefully the dealer decides to pick reputation over cost in this situation. Good Luck

Over The Winter? 2021 / 2022? I plugged the chargers in every month for at least 24 hours?

I'd echo everything yessnoo said and expect the dealer to cover all expenses but it is certainly strange that two onboard chargers should fail so close together. Makes one think the problem could be something else. What brand are they? Worst case scenario, if the dealer won't cover labor, you might consider replacing them yourself or getting someone else to do it for you. In most cases, onboard chargers are an easy and simple installation. You might even consider changing from two chargers to one four bank charger.

This boat is under warranty from SeaPro. I have several serious Engineering problems that SeaPro says "Can Not Be Fixed"? I feel bound to keep this boat at the dealer that sold it to me? I have serious questions about what should be expected out of a "Competent" service deparment? I WILL BE ADRESSING OTHER PROBLEMS AS SOON AS I GET MY BOAT BACK FROM THE SHOP, THIS TIME!!!

I'd be surprised if Sea Pro's or any other boat brand's warranty covered added accessories like electronics, chargers, etc. Those will be covered either by the dealer or manufacturer and limited to the waranty terms.

Doesn't Sea Pro Stand Behind their Authorized Sales and Service Centers??? My 2020 248 Bay has been in the shop for 11 weeks? Here's my "Punch List" for my 18 month old boat!
Sea Pro Punch List; 06 28 2022
While I Was Trying To Silence The Suzuki Alarm, I’m Sure That I Hit A “Factory Reset”? Now, I can’t Find The “Gallons Per Hour”, and the “Total Gallons Burned” Screen? I guess I Need The System Put Back The The Way Coast 2 Cove Set It Up?
The Suzuki Controls Screen Is Beeping, Twice, Every Five Seconds?
Suzuki Alarm System, Low Bus Voltage?
Suzuki Alarm System, Motor Oil Change? I Thought This Was Done At The “One Hundred Hour Tune Up”?
I Hit A Pile Of Rocks!!! The Prop Needs To Be Replaced. They Replaced the Whole Lower Unit!
The Motor Will Not Go Into Reverse? It Shuts Down? Forward Is Fine?
Can The Skeg Be Repaired?
Fresh Water Misters Don’t Work? These have not worked since I bought this boat!
On Board Charging System Does Not Seem To Be Working? The Trolling Motor system came with the boat! One of my three batteries went bad! The Battery IS NOT UNDER WARRANTY? The Main Cranking and Accessory Charging System Is Also Bad? My Shop Tried To Say That It Wasn't Under Warrenty after eleven monthes?
Electric Wiring Conduit From Boat To Motor Is Loose At The Motor.
I Would Like To Have The “Tilt & Trim” Switch On The Motor, Direct Wired? I Don’t Like To Have To Get Into The Boat and Turn On The Main Battery Switch To Use This Tilt & Trim Switch? I was told that this Can Not Be Done? I have to get in the boat every time I need to trim up the motor? If I leave the Battery System "ON", The Batteries go dead!!!
Driver Side, Left, Port Side Trailer Light Is Gone? Can You Fix It?
Trailer Mounted Spare Tire with Bering Hubs, Two of these were on my original order. Never Received. HIGH PRIORITY!! Back Ordered?
Proprietary manifold drain system. Proprietary high-volume cockpit drains. When the boat is still in the water, an inch to two inches of water “Back Up” into the back of the boat. HIGH PRIORITY!! The water leakes into the beildge through the battery hatch! The Bildge Pumps come on every hour!!!

Wow. That's a long list of issues. The 2 beeps every 5 seconds is a reminder telling you it's time to change the oil and it requires resetting to turn the alarm off so if the oil was changed recently, maybe whoever changed the oil forgot to reset the code. The reset procedure is in your owner's manual or you can find videos on Youtube.
Yes, damaged skegs can be repaired but if they replaced the entire lower unit, the skeg should be new. Did they replace the lower unit with a used one? The tilt and trim on the motor CAN be rewired directly to the start battery so that you wouldn't need to climb in the boat to switch the perko switch to the on position for it to work. It's easy to do or to add an additional switch BUT trim switches have been known to short out and if that were to happen, you might have a huge bonfire on your hands. If you leave the Perko switch on all the time, there is power to all the accessories, radios, electronics, etc and eventually the battery will be drained. The Perko switch should be turned OFF when the boat is unattended for an extended period so that the batteries aren't being drained and since there's no voltage supplied to anything, there's no chance of anything shorting out.
Good luck getting the list repaired. Doesn't sound like any major problems to me. Hopefully the shop will get it back to you soon.

Might be time to find a new shop or a good lawyer. (If either actually exists.)
