Hi all. I have a 2004 Sea Pro with a Yamaha 115. Boat ran great when I put it away a couple months ago (I live in S. FL) Went to start it today, she starts fine only the gauges won' come on. Fuel, volts, tach. Thanks in advance.

Maybe a corroded and bad connection, a tripped breaker or the main fuse.. Check for a fuse near the battery first then try to reset the breakers by pushing them in, then wiggle the wiring behind the console a little to see if the gauges start working. The power to all the gauges is daisy chained ( a wire is jumpered from each breaker to the next) so if the power isn't at the first breaker, the others won't work.

My money is on the first breaker or the inline fuse.

Thank you all for the excellent advice. I was able to locate the problem within the key switch. The person before me rigged the wiring so I will replace it.

Glad you found and fixed the problem. The wiring on these boats is sometimes an issue so many have rewired or modified the original wiring.
