So I noticed that the bilge switch only has a wire on the manual side of switch. Nothing on the auto side. Is this the way they wired from factory to only work with battery on. There is a brown wire wire tied in the harness right behind switch I’m guessing this needs to go to battery.

On mine the auto wire runs to the switch, the switch itself is manual and auto, no OFF position. I'll have to dig up the wiring schematic an d post it for you.

I got a 3 way switch . Prob is I got no power to console when battery is off. So I ran a wire just have to find the wire behind switches to tie it to.

This is very interesting. Though delving back into my wiring has the same appeal as a colonoscopy, this information may help me figure out why my bilge doesn't work automatically. Thanks for posting the diagram Phil.
