Does anyone have a 239 Deep V with a Pro Fish windlass mounted in it? I have one in mine and it has been a complete travesty. Between the motor not working and how it is mounted they did not do it so it can be removed! It went back, after dealing with them for over a year, to the factory so they can make it so I can take it out to send it to Lewmar to be repaired but it came back the same way. But they did remove the studs underneath the plate that it was mounted on. The studs were about 9" long and hung down right into the anchor rope thus tangling it so it could not be deployed and I believe the cause of the broken motor. The amount of rope with the options far exceeds the size of the compartment. Please be aware of this flaw. I'd really like to remove it an go back to the old style and toss out the anchor which with the smaller rope would be perfect for the boat. Put a nice plate where the anchor is mounted. Otherwise it is a well built boat and very competent in some rough water. You will not be disappointed.
