Hi all I have a 2004 1900cc with a Yamaha 115. Boat has been sitting for a month with the charger on trickle. Batteries are good but no power to tilt or anything. When I turn the key the dash gauges move but motor will not turn over.

Make sure you have good battery cable connections and check the fuses on the motor.

Battery connections may look OK but clean them anyway, I learned that the hard way.

If everything on the dash is not working like backlighting and all the switches. I would check two places. The stupid molex connector they used in the harness half way up from the floor to the instruments/switches. The molex connector they used is not really designed for the big gauge wire the power and ground are and they have a tendency to pull out of the back....also they corrode a lot. I cleaned mine up and put dielectric grease in front and back of connectors. The second most likely place to look is the first power wire from the harness to the circuit breakers. They are all daisy chained off the first circuit breaker so if wire is broken off nothing works.
If I could rewire the boat I would definitely make the wires from console to floor longer and support the wiring harness properly with clamps....because the taught wires bouncing up and down in chop has definitely caused a lot of problems in my boat
