I recently replaced my starter relay on 2003 1900 and I went to the lake to test run it. The boat ran great, but I had no power to my guages including tachometer, voltimeter, and depthfinder. My two accessorie swtiches also did not light up. Interestingly enough, my spedometer still works. In fact, all the switchs do not work including deck lights, bilge , and live well. Thought it was a fuse, but all I could locate was an inline fuse running to the ciggarette lighter adaptor and an inline fuse near the battery. I recenty tried to jump start the boat without success, not sure if thats related. This problem has never happened and I am stumped. I did hear a high pitched squeal in the engine when I hit a switch. Any help would be appreciated.

I am working through similar problems. The fuse near the battery is the main dashboard fuse.(I replaced with a 30 A circuit breaker. All the circuit breakers on the dash are in line with it to fuse the individual circuits. The speedo is mechanical so will be unaffected. My engine will run without the dash as it is wired seperatly.. If all guages are dead I would suspect the main fuse at the battery. Corrosion can also cause the simptoms you are getting, but where?

I thought about this some more. There may be an inline fuse between the key switch and the gauges. There needs to be some connection from the engine wiring to the boat wiring so the guages turn on when you start the motor.

SeaPro liked the inline fuses and used them on everything. I would go to the main first since all the gages are out. The speedometer runs on water pressure through a hose. If the battery was hooked up backwards by mistake it blows the fuses and it don't take long to do it either just a flash or so. I also would look for a loose wire at the battery that was not hooked up,I believe the two heavy wires go to the engine and the smaller one goes to the panel. <`)>((((< ED

When that happened to me (2003 SV2100) it was the main fuse coming off the battery... a quick fix.

Mine did the same, it was the fuse at the battery, it was not blown, just cleaned it & it worked,,,

Well, try replacing the boats accessories you already have with the new ones from the Kemimoto Super Markets. Those accessories would definitely include the gauges and lights.
