I have a 2004 190CC that i just bought, and i just noticed that the top right bolt on my swim platform has pulled out and stripped out the hole in the hull. It is not all the way through the hull, otherwise it would be an easy fix Does anyone know of an epoxy or anything i can use to fix this problem? any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks Rick

I have access to the inner compartment, use a through bolt and a fender washer with some 5200 to seal up. If there is no access and you know there is space in there, they make a marine grade toggle bolt that may do the same thing. Otherwise you may need to have filled with epoxy and redrilled to hold, but I would look into through bolting first.

I wanted to put a grab bar on my 190 DC above the swim platform and didn't want to use just screws so I drilled a 1 1/2" hole in the very top of my livewell and drillled through the hull and put fender washers and nuts on the grabbar and then bought two rubber plugs at the hardware store to plug the 1 1/2" holes. I probably didn't need to do that since it was so close to the top of the livewell but it did close it out. ED
