Hello, I have searched the forum and have not seen anything in regards to wiring diagrams. I guess my question is if anyone knows if the wiring colors are standard on all boats or is it by manufacturer. My dad has a 2003 Sea Pro SV1900CC Bay Boat and he lost power to all of the dash guages, lights, bilge. He was in a bad storm and took a good beating. I have some DC experience and was going to try to help him out when I get back down the the coast. Any recommendations or links would be appreciated? Thanks! ;D Fishtheibx www.fishtheibx.com

I don't have a clue about other boats, but I'm pretty sure all Sea Pros share the same wiring diagram..

Any chance you have link to this or is it a scan? Looks like some of it may be missing. Thanks again for the post.

I believe SeaPro used standard ABYC colors, but just as important is the colors your motor manufacturer uses: This has helped me a lot!

I'm also looking for a diagram/picture of the wiring from the circuit breakers to the rocker switches for the center console of a SV1900. A previous owner attempted to replace the circuit breakers that were rusted out and made a mess of things. Any help would be appreciated.

check back by the transom on starboard side. Mine (sv2100) has a battery switch. Below battery switch is the main power lead going to the dash panel switches. , it has an inline fuse.

It's in the fuel tank...you should be able to access the fuel tank via a deck plate...there should be a couple wires going to it and 5 small screws holding on the top of the fuel tank.... remove it and replace with a universal sending unit..that way you can adjust the sending unit float to the depth of your tank. You can find them online or at West Marine.

Juan is correct. I did mine 3 days ago. Here is a couple of tips that may save you a lot of time. There are 5 screws to remove (and the wires), then pull up and out. Do not take apart old one, use as a guide for lengh of float rod. The 5 holes are "NOT" evenly spaced and are very hard to line up with gasket, plate (new sender plate) and tank holes when trying to reinsert new sender. Take the nut off the new sender plate (be careful to keep washer (I think 4 of them) in order for reassembly. Pull plate off, lay on tank and turn untill all 5 holes line up. Then make a note where the ground wire attaches so you will be able to get back to the correct position. Reassemble unit and put one screw thru a hole (make sure gasket lines up with all 5 holes). Believe me 4 will line up at times, but 5 will line up. There are 2 float shaft rods and the directions on my sender was impossible to read. Hopefully you can read yours. I had to cut "both" rods to make unit same length as old one. There is a c-clip with a screw in it that both rods slide into and clamp with the screw. Overlap both rods about one inch and tignten clamp. It took me hours to figure that out (brain dead). Good Luck.
