I was almost back to the boat ramp. Everything had been fine all day and suddenly the engine just shut off. It turns over just fine but wont start. I checked all 4 spark plugs and none of them fire. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Check your primer ball. I had mine go bad with out any warning and would not fuel flow through it. I now keep an extra one on the boat. Also might want to check your fuel filters, the one on the motor and in-line.

Runinlate, Thanks, biut the fuel flows fine. It seems to be something electrical because I tested each plug one by one and none of them spark.

Does that have the optical ignition (OIS)? the optical sensor could be bad. Check all your wires and electrical plugs to the ignition system to make sure they are clean and making contact. This may help: www.maxrules.com/fixomcoisignition.html

I would be looking at the power pack and/or the coils. Ask.com has some good info. on this.
