While researching propellers, I ran into this PROP SWAP program from Reynolds Racing Marine in Tennessee. Looks like a pretty good deal. Your local prop shop may do the same idea, or even let you borrow a prop to test if your a serious buyer. Reynold's Prop Swap Program: " This program is for the customer to try a prop one time and check for best hole shot and performance and if it isn't the right pitch, he will be able to exchange it for a $40.00 plus shipping charge. This charge is for restocking, packing, and clean up. The prop has to be back in our hands within the 10 days. After 10 days the prop will be considered used and non-returnable. Thank-you!" www.reynoldsracingmarine.com/propswap.htmI haven't checked them out yet, but its a fast bass and race (Allison) boat shop, so they probably know a bit about propeller performance.
