I've got about 10 lbs of it that I hate to throw away. Has anybody ever eaten it? How did you cook it? Fried?

That should put a big dent in the future cobia population. Never tried or heard of anyone eating ling roe...fry some and let us know if it kills ya. Google says it's good.

Well with a lack of feedback, I fried it up anyway. It's not too bad. Real rich so you can't eat much at one sitting. I recommend saving them and trying it if you haven't had it before.

The biggest difference with these is the size. I mean they weigh about 2-3 lbs apiece. They fried up nice though and are good. On another site, a guy had a recipe where he cooked them with butter and chicken eggs. I wish I would have saved some and tried them that way.

Ross, I told you to back off the young dudes on the basketball court or you was gonna pull something! Praying for a quick recovery for both of y'all.

Thanks - been tough 9 months health-wise for my wife and I. Knee surgery next week - doctors says it will be back to "normal" after 4 weeks, so still time to fish!
