I just love to learn the hard way Well news flash don't use spray on sun block while on a white boat There is a slight pigment added to this crap and it turned my newly cleaned bright white boat TAN! I mean TAN! I got home after 12hrs of fishing broke out the pressure washer and cleaner and worked another hr or so to remove this junk. Just for your information it was Banana Boat UltraMist Continuous Spray Sunscreen, Sport. Works great just not on my boat

Old thread, but time takes it away...a few days will do. Don't beat yourself up over it.

It's been 8 years since this happened so maybe the sunscreen has worn off by now. Besides, it was Banana Boat sunscreen and everyone knows it's bad luck to have any kind of banana onboard a boat!! rofl

Have had this issue several times. Spray on lotion is not allowed on MY boat. Some others do it too but as stated earlier a few days in the sun will take it out. However in my case my boat is in a boat house lift out of the sun.
Good Luck.
