Hello everyone new member here (not to boats). I recently purchased a 2000 Sea Pro 210WA with a 150 Yamaha Salt Water Series motor. I sold my other boat last year which was a Sea Boss 19DC. I was on the fence about selling that boat as I never had any issues with it, probably experienced some sellers remorse because I missed fishing and boating in general. I began looking at boats again last month and after looking at several I went to see this boat at a local Marina. I have never seen a boat in this like new condition for it's age. Purchased new at this Marina it was always stored indoors on a rack so it's never been on a trailer or bottom painted. Boat comes with full enclosure curtains like new, Garmin fish finder/GPS, and all CG equipment. The only negative is I had to purchase a new trailer which will take another 2 weeks to deliver so I cannot pick the boat up until the trailer comes in. The Marina pulled up all the service records that showed every record performed on the motor and boat since new. I will see if I can post some pics as it is now outside on a rack. Can someone help me post pics from my phone to this thread? Thanks

Welcome to the forum and congrats on the 210 purchase. She sounds like a jewel. I haven't tried posting a picture from my phone but 'm pretty sure you can using Tap A Talk. Where are you located?

Welcome. That looks like a great ‘Barn Find’. Congratulations. It looks like you’re back in the boating/fishing business in a great way.

Thanks for the welcomes, looking forward to getting back on the water. I would like to add a AM/FM stereo radio as the boat never had one. My question for those that may have the same model is best place for 2 speaker placement/cutting holes. Being a retired electrician I have no issues fishing wires. thanks in advance.

Great looking boat! I think I'd just get some speaker enclosures and mount them where you think they would suit your needs.

I saw a post once by a guy who installs marine electronics and he said the biggest mistake made by "do it yourselfers" was they installed speakers too high. He said if possible, they should always be installed lower than the height of the gunnels. Claimed the sound stays in the boat better that way and it's easier to hear when running. Made sense to me.

Thanks I'll keep that in mind, just have to locate areas where there is clearance behind speakers.
