Believe me, I want to get back to "normal" as soon as possible so until today I've been doing more of the exercises they prescribed and more times a day, plus PT three times a week. I even stopped using the walker and used a cane a couple of days. Apparently that was the wrong thing to do and I'm paying for it now. After the therapist damned near killed me this morning, she scolded me and told me to cut back on both number and frequency. I guess you have to give the muscles time to heal. |

get some of that spray coverup makeup, that will help a little, maybe fill in the low spots with bond dough first
