I think there's a thread somewhere about apps but I couldn't find it and wanted to share another new app. It's called "Fishin'Wizard" and the basic version is free. It displays artificial reefs, ship wrecks, fishing spots, marinas, non ethanol gas stations and a LOT more and the gps numbers. You can measure distances, enter waypoints and private gps numbers and more. It also has an entry log where you can record your catches by date and by species, size, location. It shows weather, tides and solunar data, Lakes, rivers, bait shops and more. It's by far the most informative and useful boating and fishing app I've found. Check it out. play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.outdoorwizard.FishinWizard

Hmm, I wonder if you give it permission to all your fishing spots and what you caught there?

I'm not worried. All the spots that show on the chart in this area are public wrecks and reefs and available to anyone. If worried don't share or enter lat & lon numbers. I like to record my catch info for future use. You can record as much or as little info as you like. A great way to track catches, plan routes and mark waypoints IMO plus you have access to all the public numbers.

Been doing old school logs for 25 years. Kind of fun to pull out the books, and at the rate I loose phones... Will check it out , be wicked useful when traveling. Thanks for the headsup.
