I'm concerned this is a scam. That boat was on New Orleans Craigslist a while back for $20k with an option to buy they guy's truck for another $7k. In that listing, the motor was described as having 1750 hours on it. Are these used car salespeople up to some monkey business? Are we to believe they re-powered that boat with an identical motor with 1300 fewer hours on it? I don't think so.

Crabs- thanks for the info. Definitely does not pass the smell test.
It would also explain why Juan thought it is about $5k over priced.
I think I will pass.

Just the first part of the boat name scares me off.. Maybe they should rename it the sham-wow in honor of the greasy salesman...
