Found the 2000 SV1900CC on Facebook Marketplace with a very nice aluminum trailer. Couldn't resist the price so I pulled the trigger. Boat looks like it's in great shape. I couldn't find any stress cracking anywhere. Engine ran great, a 2000 115 Yamaha 2-stroke. It had a Minn Kota i-pilot 80lb thrust trolling motor, Lowrance Hook 7 w/side scan on the console and a Hook 2 up front. It needs detailing, but the gelcoat is nice and smooth with only a couple of small dings and a couple of the gauges need rewiring (otherwise, everything else works). Now, as soon as my broken ankle heals I'll be going to work on it (mostly just cleaning) to get is ready for some coastal sea trout fishing.

Congrats on the new boat. Recommend hiring a detailer for the first deep clean. Easy peas' to maintain but that first buffing can be a bitch.

Welcome! Where in Ga are you? There's 4 or 5 of us active here. The nearest town to me is Canoochee. The nearest town with its own zip code is Twin City. I plan on fishing Lake Sinclair, Clark Hill, Lake Oconee, and coastal from the Savannah River to Shellman's Bluff.

Congrats on the new boat. Recommend hiring a detailer for the first deep clean. Easy peas' to maintain but that first buffing can be a bitch. I do hate cleaning, but as a retiree whose wife still works full-time, she would probably kill me if I hired someone to do what I was capable of. Also, six weeks ago I had a health issue that put me down for three weeks, then as soon as I recovered I went out and broke my left fibular. I'm three weeks into a six-week recovery from that, so three weeks from now I need to start doing something to get back into shape, and boat detailing seems like a good low-impact exercise to help my recovery. As of right now I've spent six weeks pretty much immobile with 3 more weeks to go. Physically, I've never been in worse shape in my life. I guess by my rambling reply you can tell I've got plenty of time on my hands.
