I've always considered Bayliners the bottom of the barrel but after owning a Carolina Skiff, I think bayliners have some competition for dead last.

I owned a Bayliner once, it was a one owner boat about to be traded in. I offered the owner what the dealer was going to pay for it and towed it home. Was a lake boat and must have been babied all it's life because it was in great condition. I could not find a stress crack anywhere.

Well after one season with me it's value was going down hill fast. We renamed it stress crack Mary and sold her after replacing the lower-end seals.
