Boat list to left side while riding, any ideas

Could be one (or more) of a number of things. If you're lucky, it's nothing more than a weight distribution problem. Try moving heavy objects to the starboard (right) side. I'd start with the batteries and tools or anything heavy you might have in storage compartments. Does it have trim tabs? an extended starboard trim tab or one mounted too low on the transom would cause the boat to list to port.
If you're unlucky, the floatation foam and stringers under the deck could be saturated on the port side. (Not likely, but possible) A sure sign would be water constantly in the bilge. If that's the case, I'd remove the drain plug, jack up the bow as far as possible, and run a fan into the anchor locker or another access port to under the deck...even then it could take weeks to dry out.

Or it could be as simple as the trim tab on the outboard might need adjusting, post some pics and lets see what you've got.
