Welcome aboard and nice boat there. Keep the fuel system clean with those Yamaha HPDI's, if it's been sitting that long I'd replace ALL the fuel filters on those motors and there's 11 on each. Also check the mechanical fuel pumps, they have a rubber diaphragm in them that may have perished, there two on each motor.

The fuel pumps are cheap enough, I’ll just replace them. I can’t tell if you are being sarcastic about the fuel filters. I just went back through all of the parts diagrams for the motor and there is only one item listed in the fuel system as a filter.
I posted under the motor section, but what about the anodes under the heads?

I pulled the heads on mine and the anodes looked good after probably 2500 hours, you'd only need to remove the top cover and not the whole cylinder head. On the engines you have (per motor); Main fuel filter, VST fuel filter, High pressure fuel filter (above the VST) 6X fuel injector filters 2X High pressure pump filters (not shown on any parts diagram).

Congrats on the boat and welcome to the forum. Great looking boat. I don't have any intel on your model or motors but my 2001 190CC is still going strong. Yours should have many good years left in it.

Thanks for the info, I really appreciate it. I was able to find most of the filters you mentioned on the parts diagrams. Some were referred to as strainers/screens and I get the feeling that they could be cleaned instead of having to replace them. I have already pumped the fuel tank dry through a new 10 micron fuel filter/water separator and used it in my Lincoln MKC. The boat was stored indoors and he used good fuel stabilizer and the fuel looked great. My Lincoln didn’t seem to mind burning the fuel, even with the age. I’ll replace the fuel pumps and the main fuel filter element and see how it goes. If I run into issues, at least I’ll know where to start going through the extra filters. I’ve got ready access to high quality ethanol free 91 octane, so fingers crossed. I have a habit of going overboard with projects and replacing good parts just to be safe and spend more time working on projects rather than enjoying them.
